配送方法
日本国外へのお届けは、日本郵便の EMS（国際スピード郵便）でお送りします。送料は日本郵便が公表する EMS 料金表に準拠しています。

ベトナム国内の倉庫から発送する場合は、別途ベトナム国内料金（3kgまで）を適用します。
表示される送料と為替レートについて
送料はすべて日本円（JPY）を基準に設定しています。日本国外からご覧の場合、お客様の国の通貨に換算して表示されます。
換算にはその時点の為替レートが用いられるため、表示される送料は為替の変動により変わります。商品代金についても同様です。同じ商品・同じ配送先であっても、ご覧になる時期によって表示金額が異なる場合がございますので、あらかじめご了承ください。最終的なご請求額は、決済時に表示される金額となります。
また、日本郵便が EMS 料金を改定した場合、当店の送料も改定後の料金に合わせて変更いたします。
All shipping rates are set in Japanese Yen (JPY) and follow Japan Post's published EMS rate table. If you are shopping from outside Japan, prices are converted into your local currency at the exchange rate applicable at that time. Displayed shipping costs and product prices may therefore vary with currency fluctuations. The final amount charged is the amount shown at checkout. Rates will be updated if Japan Post revises its EMS tariff. For orders over 5kg, please contact us for a quote.
関税・輸入消費税について（日本国外へのお届け）
海外へのお届けの場合、お届け先の国の関税・輸入消費税・通関手数料が発生することがあります。これらはすべてお客様のご負担となり、配送業者がお届け時に徴収いたします。商品代金・送料には含まれておりません。
とくにアメリカ宛のお荷物は、2025年の制度変更により金額にかかわらず関税の対象となります。少額だから免税、ということはありません。
お受け取りを拒否された場合、往復の送料および発生済みの関税は返金の対象外となります。
For international orders, customs duties, import taxes and clearance fees may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. They are collected by the carrier on delivery and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Shipments to the United States are subject to customs duties regardless of value — the de minimis exemption no longer applies. Refused shipments are not eligible for refund of shipping costs or duties already incurred.
配送先の住所・氏名について
日本国外へお届けする場合、倉庫システムの仕様上、お名前・ご住所は英数字（ローマ字）のみでご入力ください。漢字・ハングル・タイ文字等が含まれると発送処理が止まり、大幅な遅延の原因となります。
For international orders, please enter your name and address using alphanumeric characters only. Non-Latin characters will halt warehouse processing and cause significant delays.
